The Serpent of Midgard. Odin, who, like his brother Fenrir and sister Hel, was prophesied to be the bringer of the worst calamity to come, threw the serpent into the seas of Midgard in hopes of getting rid of it.
An endeavor that met with little success, as Jörmungand continued to grow, so much so that it eventually encompassed the human world.
The Midgard Serpent is unleashed and making its way to the battlefield!
