Sleeping Gods: Distant Skies is a standalone sequel set in the world of Sleeping Gods. Like the original game, you and your friends wander through a vast landscape while reading branching storylines and meeting living characters, but in this game you interact with the Atlas on a deeper level - you camp, explore, overcome obstacles, and search for lost relics. The new action system gives you even greater freedom of action when traveling and exploring.

In addition to the original game's exploration and quest system, Sleeping Gods: Distant Skies offers a new approach to combat. Players now build a battle deck from which to draw a diverse hand of cards to play with, making each combat encounter a fresh and dynamic puzzle.

Although Sleeping Gods: Distant Skies builds on the story elements of the first game, you don't need to have played Sleeping Gods to enjoy this sequel. The game features new characters and storylines that explain concepts from the original game as you encounter them.
