Take on the role of the wayward Peter Pan, the notorious Captain James Hook and many others as you explore the ever-changing island. Your choices guide you through different story arcs, from the seductive mermen in the lagoon to the brave natives in the mountains and all the other mysteries the island has to offer. You'll earn allies and items, unlock new abilities, interact with locations and characters, and gain experience through multiple adventures. As each Neverland is different, each game will be a new adventure with new opportunities and challenges to face. Although there is a winner at the end of the game, story unfolding on the immersive island of Neverland is crucial.

In this action-oriented adventure game, 2-4 players take on the role of a main character in the world of JM Barrie's "Peter Pan". The game lasts about 30 minutes per player, is played in turns and is suitable for ages 12 and up. The base game includes 6 characters with unique traits and abilities, each with their own story. In addition, the base game includes a cooperative story for multiple characters. Additional stories can be added and combined. The adventures are told through story cards, events and side quests of your choice. You can interact with other characters and locations on the island. As the captivating stories draw you into a world of wonder and mystery, the choices players make will recreate Neverland.

The game is played in rounds. Each turn, a player has 3 actions to move and interact with player and non-player characters. Players explore the island of Neverland while interacting with stories, events, other characters, and special locations. The story, objective and challenges are told through maps with multiple options available. As each chapter offers multiple opportunities for each player, the adventures in Neverland will be different with each game. Players can collect Adventure Points to level up their character.
The game ends when the side quest stack is depleted or all players have finished their story. The player with the most adventure points wins the game. (Cooperative stories may have different game ending and victory conditions)
