The Woods of Adrimon is our second title in the HEXplore It series. It is both a standalone game and an expansion to the first volume. Players choose their heroes by combining two character options: their role and their race. This combination determines their strengths and weaknesses and defines their special abilities.

Enter the forests of Adrimon and try to collect relic fragments to create powerful pieces of equipment that can help destroy Adrimon, a powerful insane sorceress. Players can gain favor from the spirits of the heroes that came before them, sneak into the Enthralled Cities, navigate the Faerie Realm, and interact with Elowen the Dryad (a powerful ally).

Fight tough enemies and even save some of them from the wrath of mages. There are hundreds of unique scenarios that can affect any game. Form a team to create your heroes and defeat the terrible sorceress and free the mindless from their terrible enslavement.

The forests were once inhabited by the ancient elves - the stewards of nature and protectors of the realm of the fairies. They moved away almost a century ago, emptying their original cities. Gradually, the settlements were resettled by other peoples, and culture eventually returned within its walls.

But now the peoples of the forest kneel before a mysterious sorceress named Adrimon. All who enter slowly succumb to their presence, eventually becoming mindless slaves bound to their will. The cities are lost now, havens only for the unconscious. They work tirelessly on the Magi's Automatons, massive constructs powered by the souls that bound them.

There have been heroes who have faced it and failed. At each attempt, they have sacrificed themselves and sworn an oath that could lead to Adrimon's undoing. These oaths empowered their equipment and created relics that can weaken their magic, but they were broken into pieces and scattered across the land. It is whispered that the only way to defeat Adrimon is to find these relic fragments and piece them together.
